Damn, it must be SO confusing for all my “friends” that don’t know what gender I am or care what gender I am, for that matter. Oh Facebook, you crack me up.
See, I chose to take my “sex” identification info off my facebook last year when I was on a “gender-neutral” craze. I guess I should have known that facebook of all things would pressure me into the gender binary. But Ahah, I did not surrender! Instead, I just clicked the “close” button. I win!

Now, if Facebook had gender-neutral pronouns (besides “their”), I’d be really impressed.

I meant that it was not unexpected for Facebook to attempt to hold to social norms and to categorize people by sex.
Yeah, facebook gave me the same message today too… weird.
I haven’t selected a gender since freshman year. Sooo, I’ve been gender-neutral on FB for about 2 years annnnnd, no message for me.
Someday, my ship will come in.
