No new “Dollhouse” this week

In fact, there will be none for the month of November. But those four weeks give you all the time you need to catch up on the rest of season two before it resumes on 4th December. FFW’s Kyle Francis tells you why you should, despite its acknowledged shortcomings:

It’s been within the ambition of science fiction for some time to assume that in the not-so-distant future technology will give human beings Godlike power, and Whedon—like the very best of science fiction writers—has the curiosity, audacity and imagination to question how power like that will affect the people who choose—or are chosen—to use it. It’s dorky, pulpy, gloriously fun stuff, and there’s at least a little bit of it in every single episode—even the bad ones.
